This limited warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, misuse, or theft. KUNZ does not provide repair service or replacement for products purchased from off-price or unauthorized retailers. We recommend that you treat all items with care as natural wear can occur. Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. Care should be taken when in contact with light colored garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer.

Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred size and colour – then click the ‘add to cart’ button. You can see the total amount of your cart by looking at the top right hand corner of the site, which displays the amount of items in your cart and the total value. 

When you have finished adding items to your cart you can view your cart by clicking the ‘Cart’ button at the top right of the site.

To pay for your item(s) you need to go to the checkout page. A direct link can be found at the top right of the site or after viewing your cart. Once in the checkout area you will be prompted to enter your payment details to complete your order securely.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. 

Standard Shipping methods will be delivered within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri), orders placed after 12pm may take an extra day’s delivery.  Please note: during busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take between 5-7 days, however we do aim to get your purchase out sooner. We deliver to all international countries.

Free shipping to EU countries. Outside of the EU delivery cost will be added to the total price.
